YC cables belong to the heavy-duty rubber-insulated flexible power cable series. Designed according to international IEC 60245 and national GB/T 5013 manufacturing standards, they are suitable for mobile equipment, temporary power distribution projects, and wiring in harsh environments. The entire cable core insulation and outer sheath are made of natural rubber compounds, balancing mechanical flexibility and electrical stability. Unlike PVC fixed-lay cables, YC products are designed for frequent bending, dragging, and long-term outdoor use, making them widely used in centralized procurement by EPC contractors, factory electrical renovation companies, and new energy project developers. Our factory can customize conductor cross-sectional area, number of cores, sheath formulation, and special anti-aging modifications according to customer engineering drawings and parameters.
Rated Operating Voltage: 300/500V, 450/750V, and 0.6/1kV – three mainstream voltage levels; medium-voltage upgrades can be customized according to project requirements.
Conductor Material: Standard configuration includes high-purity electrolytic copper and Class 5 flexible stranded copper conductors; tin-plated copper conductors are optional for coastal corrosion protection projects.
